Delicious pizza with curd cream, figs and sujuk
After cooking stuffed tuna, I still have a delicious filling based on TM "Hochland" curd cream. Let's make a quick yeast dough, use the filling as a topping, add the sweetness of figs, the salinity of veal sujuk, and we'll get a "lick your fingers" pizza! Let's start?
Ingredients

- water 150 ml
- 1 pinch salt
- sugar 1 tsp.
- dry yeast 5 g
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- tomatoes 1/3 pcs.
- bell pepper 1/3 pcs.
- champignons 1/2 pc.
- curd cream TM "Hochland" 100 g

Step 1

Let's make a quick dough. Dissolve dry yeast with added sugar in warm water. We leave for 10 minutes. Add salt and flour, knead the dough slightly sticking to your hands. Add olive oil at the end of the batch.

As you can see, the dough is very tender and "floats" slightly. We cover the container with a lid or foil and leave it literally for 20 minutes warm. It's hot here now, I left the dough to come on the terrace.
