Baked flounder with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients
- flounder 1 pc.
- Adyghe salt to taste
- pepper mix from KOTANYI - to taste
- tomato 1 pc.
- ground garlic-to taste
- olive oil
- greens for serving
- spicy hard cheese (with spices) 50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash and dry the flounder.
Step 2
Clear from entrails, fins, tail. Wash and dry. Make incisions (on the side of the white skin) with a sharp knife.
Step 3
Rub the mixture of peppers and salt inside and out.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place on the fish.
Step 5
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Grate the cheese and put on a layer of tomatoes.
