Eggplants and zucchini ketchup on the grill.
Glaze the vegetable slices with ketchup and spices. We bake them on the grill over coals. Serve with a secret sauce (the same ketchup is included).
Ingredients
- eggplant 1 pc.
- zucchini 1 pc.
- ketchup Maheev "Chile" 100 g
- ground sweet paprika 1 pinch
- 1 pinch salt
- sour cream 150 g
- pepper mixture 1 pinch
- garlic 2 pcs.
- dill 1 bunch
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We do not cut the eggplant into thick slices, but the zucchini in circles.
Step 2
Sprinkle vegetables with a little salt and ground paprika. Lubricate with ketchup.
Step 3
We bake over coals on the grill.
Step 4
It's good to eat as a side dish and so, but we will prepare a secret sauce in addition. For it, add a few tablespoons of Chili ketchup, a mixture of peppers, dill and garlic to sour cream or natural yogurt. Stir and done.
Step 5
You can grease our glazed vegetables, or you can just put them next to it and dip the pieces into the sauce.
