Gingerbread Buckwheat Cookies
Ingredients
- buckwheat flour 150 g
- butter 110 g
- cane sugar 130 g
- ground ginger 1 tsp
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- dark chocolate 80 g
- egg 1 pc.
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Add cane sugar to the softened butter, grind.
Step 2
Add egg, stir.
Step 3
Add sifted flour with baking powder, ground ginger, chopped chocolate into small pieces. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Roll the dough into a thin long sausage, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Cut the dough into 1.5 cm pieces, place on a baking sheet, and flatten with a fork.
