Delicate vanilla cheesecake without baking
Airy and delicate American dessert that conquered the whole world. It is a pleasure to cook it, it does not require baking. Easy to prepare, an exquisite dessert delights and surprises with its creamy delicate taste.
Ingredients
- butter 200 g
- chocolate chip cookies 200 g
- cream cheese 400 g
- cream 33% 500 g
- lemon juice 50 ml
- vanilla extract 1 tbsp
- gelatin 1 pc.
- icing sugar 150 g
- water 200 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grind the chocolate cookies into crumbs, mix with soft butter into a homogeneous mass. Put the crumb with butter in an even layer in a split cake pan, crushing it over the entire surface. Pre-form, for convenience, can be lined with parchment paper. Put in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar, add whipped cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract. Mix. Dissolve gelatin in liquid (water, milk) following the instructions on the package. Add gelatin, mixing it intensively into the creamy mixture. Pour the mixture over the biscuit layer into a mold. To distribute the mass evenly, without air voids over the entire surface, knock a little with the form on the countertop. When the cheesecake hardens enough (2-3 hours), you can remove the removable ring and decorate the dessert as you wish.
