Spicy Christmas Cupcake
Ingredients
  • strong alcohol 300 ml
  • dried fruits and nuts 450-500 g
  • sugar 230 g
  • draining. butter 250 g
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • honey 1 tbsp.
  • orange peel 1 pc.
  • flour 230 g
  • ground ginger 1 tsp
  • ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp
  • ground nutmeg 1/4 tsp
  • vanilla sugar 1/4 tsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder 2 tsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Soak dried fruits and nuts in alcohol per day, and put in a cool, dark place.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter with sugar until fluffy.
Step 3
Then add honey and orange zest and beat well.
Step 4
Add eggs one at a time, each time whisking well until fluffy.
Step 5
In a separate cup, combine all dry ingredients, mix and add to the liquid mass. Beat well.
Step 6
We add nuts and dried fruits to the mass - mix the dough with a spatula.
Step 7
Put the dough in a pre-oiled and floured dish and put it in the oven (150C, about 1.5 hours).
