New Year's sour cream mini cakes
Sour cream mini cakes with the image of deer will help both adults and children recharge the New Year mood. The recipe is good because it is not scary to give such cakes even to children - a dough with sour cream (even without eggs) + sour cream-butter cream, one continuous benefit and an incredibly delicate taste
Ingredients
- sour cream - (300 g in dough, 250 g in cream) 550 g
- sugar - (120 g in dough, 50 g in cream) 170 g
- cream 33% - (in cream) 250 g
- flour 350 g
- cocoa 3 tbsp
- bitter chocolate 30 g
- thickener for cream 10 g
- soda 1/2 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- cranberries or lingonberries 10 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
From 250 g of sour cream (I have 25%), 250 g of heavy cream and sugar, beat the cream, add a thickener (you can adjust the sweetness of the cream to your liking).
Step 2
Divide the dough into 4 parts and bake the cakes: 2 light and 2 dark. We bake for about 7 minutes at 190 degrees. Cool the cakes, coat with cream. Also spread the cream on top of the cake. Leave it warm for 2-3 hours for better impregnation. Then put it in the refrigerator and leave it overnight.
