Fried carp marinated in mustard
Fried crucian carp is a very tasty fish! Many do not like this fish, because it gives off mud, bony, and there is not so much meat in it. But the main thing is to cook it correctly!
Ingredients
- fresh crucian carp 2 pcs.
- salt 5 g
- mustard 1 tbsp
- flour 2 tbsp.
- sunflower oil for frying 50 ml
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Gut the crucian carp, clean the scales, pull out the gills.
Step 2
Lubricate carcasses of carp with mustard TM "Maheev" mixed with lemon juice and dry garlic powder. This will help fight off the muddy smell and give the fish a soft and flavorful appearance. Marinate the fish in this way for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Dip the fish in flour mixed with salt and fry in a preheated pan in sunflower oil or on the grill.
