Shawarma for fans
Last Saturday we had a football match between the teams of Croatia and Nigeria in Kaliningrad. Fans from Croatia, in bright uniforms with a red and white checkerboard, were very friendly, weighed heartily, like hot cakes, bought nesting dolls, which they called "babushki", sang Russian songs, there was a real holiday in the city! My daughter and her son-in-law went to this match, to cheer for the Croatian team, a lot of impressions! The weather was hot, they did not want to go in the shuttle and they walked a couple of hours to the stadium, prepared such a shawarma for a snack for their favorite fans!
Ingredients
- lavash 200 g
- pork tenderloin 350 g
- marinade for barbecue "Maheev" 35 g
- cucumber 1 pc.
- tomato 1 pc.
- cabbage 60 g
- Mayonnaise Sour cream "Maheev" 3 tbsp.
- dill 20 g
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- black pepper (mill to taste
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil
- ketchup Shashlik "Maheev" to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the pork into slices, make a notch with a knife, slightly beat off with the palm of your hand.
Step 2
Add the kebab marinade.
Step 3
Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Heat oil in a skillet and fry on both sides until tender.
Step 5
Let the meat cool. Then cut into small pieces.
Step 6
Chop cucumbers and tomatoes, chop the cabbage into thin strips. Add a little chopped dill to the cabbage, mash slightly.

For the sauce, chop the remaining dill, add garlic, mayonnaise, pepper.

Punch with a blender. Salt if required.

Put half of the meat, vegetables, sauce on the sheets of pita bread. Add ketchup to taste.
