Ingredients
  • cream 20% 250 ml
  • egg yolk 2 pcs.
  • raw sugar 40 g
  • grated ginger root 8 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
While stirring, heat the cream with coarsely grated ginger over low heat. Without bringing to a boil, remove the cream from the heat and add it to the yolks pre-pounded with sugar. Then we filter the mixture through a sieve into a deep bowl or measuring glass.
Step 2
We immerse medium heat-resistant tins (bowls) for soufflé / crème brulee on a baking sheet filled with hot water (the water should reach half of the forms). The mixture is carefully poured into molds and sent to the oven preheated to 135 ° C for 50-60 minutes. After the expiration of the time, take out the molds and cool them at room temperature.
