Peach pie
Delicious fragrant pie with juicy peaches and crispy streusel crust will be an excellent addition to tea or coffee.
Ingredients
- chicken eggs 3 pcs.
- sugar for dough 1 cup
- kefir 1 glass
- dough butter 100 g
- flour 2.5 cups
- cottage cheese 100 g
- peaches 2 pcs.
- 1 pinch salt
- vanillin 1 pinch
- turmeric 0.5 tsp.
- baking powder 1 tsp
- flour for Streisel 2 tbsp.
- sugar for streisel 2 tbsp
- butter for Streisel 1 tbsp
- vegetable oil 1 tsp
- starch 1 tbsp.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanillin in a bowl. Beat with a whisk.
Step 2
Add slightly warmed kefir and melted butter, mix.
Step 3
Pour in sifted flour and baking powder.
Step 4
Stir again. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add turmeric and stir until the color is uniform. Add cottage cheese to the dough, mix until smooth.
Step 5
Wash the peaches, dry with a paper towel. Cut in half, remove seeds. Cut the peaches into small cubes. For streusel, combine flour with sugar, add butter and grind into crumbs.
Step 6
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the dough into a mold. Sprinkle with starch. Put peaches on the dough. Sprinkle with streusel. Place the cake pan in the oven at 180 ͦ C and bake the cake for 35-40 minutes.
Step 7
Cool the finished pie in a mold, then put on a dish. Cut into portions and serve with tea.
