Vanilla Pie with Pears and Mascarpone
A simple and cozy pie with an amazing moist texture and rich creamy flavor.
Ingredients
- mascarpone 250 g
- eggs 3 pcs.
- sugar 150 g
- flour 230 g
- corn starch 40 g
- baking powder 2 tsp
- vanilla sugar with natural vanilla 2 tsp
- salt 0.25 tsp
- pears 2 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Grease a baking dish with butter and lightly dust with flour.
Step 2
Mix together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add mascarpone, beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture.
Step 4
Peel the pears, cut into small pieces. Add pears to dough, stir.
Step 5
Place the dough in a mold and bake for 1 hour.
