Cottage cheese with honey, dried apricots and sour cream
Sour cream in the recipe can be replaced with ricotta or mascarpone, they will also add tenderness to the curd. And honey, if you are allergic to it, is agave syrup or maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 250 g sour cream 25-48% fat
- 250 g cottage cheese, fat content 2-18%
- 70 g dry
- 100 g of flower honey
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
- 500 g of any sweet roll (for example, brioche or high-calorie)
- 50 g butter
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat the sour cream in a blender together with the curd into a homogeneous, smooth mass. Stir in chopped dried apricots, honey, cinnamon and beat again.
Step 2
Take a mold with a diameter of 20 cm with high sides. Lubricate the bottom with butter, lay out a layer of bread slices, then a layer of cottage cheese with sour cream, again a layer of bread and cottage cheese. Grind the remaining bread in a blender and sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
Step 3
Place the casserole in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20 minutes. The casserole can be served warm or cooled completely.
