Mushroom and Bean Pie
Hearty and delicious pie will delight lovers of savory pastries.
Ingredients
- oyster mushrooms 600 g
- carrots 2 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Put crushed yeast in half of warm milk, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, 0.5 tbsp. flour, mix and put the dough in a warm place to rise. Draining. Melt butter and cool until warm. Beat the eggs with the rest of the sugar and salt. Add the remaining milk, egg mixture, drain to the dough. oil and stir well.
Step 2
Pour flour in portions and knead into a soft dough. Pour flour as much as the dough takes. Unfortunately, during cooking, I did not measure the amount of flour.
Step 3
Pour in rast. butter and knead the dough until smooth. Put in a warm place for 1 hour, interrupt.

Wash and peel carrots. Cut into small cubes.

Peel the onion and garlic. Cut into small cubes.

Fry the onions and carrots on the rast. oil until a slight blush.

Wash the mushrooms, dry and cut into small pieces.

Add mushrooms, add dried dill, mix. Simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated. At the end of stewing, put the washed beans, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Cool the filling to room temperature, add the starch and stir.

Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts (one slightly larger than the other). Roll most of it into a circle larger than the shape.

Grease the form with rast. oil. Roll most of it into a circle larger than the shape. Lay out the circle in a shape, forming high sides that extend slightly beyond the edge. Put the filling and fold the sides over the filling. Cut out fungi, flowers, leaves from the remaining dough according to a template or using a recess. Place the cut pieces over the filling. Grease the caps of the fungi with tea leaves, and the rest of the dough is rast. oil. Let the cake rise for 15 to 20 minutes. Bake at 180 ͦ С for 40 - 45 minutes.

Grease hot pie with butter. Cool slightly in the form, then carefully remove.
