Step 1

For the filling. Cut the peeled apples into thin slices. In a preheated saucepan in butter, fry the apples, adding sugar and pre-soaked raisins. Darken until soft. Add orange zest, chopped nuts, cinnamon and stir. Put the apples on a sieve and let the juice drain.
Step 3
Divide the chilled dough into 2 unequal parts (550 g and 350 g) and roll out into a thin layer 0.5 cm thick.Place in a greased and floured dish so that the dough hangs from the sides of the mold. Brush with vanilla sauce and lay out the filling in an even layer. Gently put the dough from the sides on the filling and cover with a second layer of dough, and pinch the edges. Grease the cake with a lightly beaten egg. Bake the pie at 150 degrees for 40 minutes.
