Whole grain braid with seaweed and parmesan
Ingredients
  • whole grain flour 2 cup (s)
  • wheat flour 1 cup (s)
  • sea salt to taste
  • olive oil 4 tablespoons
  • dried seaweed 3 tbsp
  • tomato sauce 6 tbsp
  • cherry tomatoes 8 pcs.
  • italian herbs to taste
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • fast-acting yeast 1.5 tsp
  • grated parmesan 80 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Knead the dough in a bread maker. To do this, put the ingredients for the dough into the HP bowl in the following sequence - water, 2 tbsp. olive oil, both flours, salt, sugar, yeast. Turn on the dough mode. At the end of kneading, remove the dough from the HP bowl and leave the dough in a warm place for 25 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the ingredients for the filling. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each part into a thin layer. brush with tomato sauce.
Step 4
Top with Italian spices, grated Parmesan and dried seaweed. lay the cherry halves on top. Sprinkle olive oil on top.
Step 5
Roll into a roll.
Step 6
Slice the roll lengthwise into 2 pieces.
Step 7
Twist the chopped parts into a loose roll.
Step 8
Place in a greased pan. Let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes.
