Cossack pie
Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- 250 ml of milk
- 15 g fresh yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 250 g chicken liver
- 250 g minced pork
- 250 g minced chicken
- 50 g of green onions
- 1 onion
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 raw egg
- salt pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, eggs and salt. Sift flour and knead the dough. Put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Roll out the dough into a large flat cake. Distribute the filling. Pull the edges of the dough to the center and pinch. Roll out again. Brush with an egg. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
