Lobster Pie
Ingredients
- seaweed 200 g

Step 1
Fry the onions in a pan. Mix the fried onions with the seaweed. Add ginger, cinnamon and star anise (star anise) to the finished seaweed. Dissolve citric acid in a small amount of liquid. Leave the seaweed filling to the sides to infuse to be saturated with spices.
Step 2
Knead the dough into the pie. To do this, mix dry fast-acting yeast with premium wheat flour. Add salt and sugar together with yeast. Roll it into a ball, from which there will be lobsters and spare parts for them. Divide the dough immediately into medium-sized balls, about five centimeters in diameter.
Step 3
To make a lobster-shaped pie, you need to start by forming an oblong cake, stretch the dough ball in length. Spread the aromatic minced seaweed with onions over the entire length.
Step 4
When closing the pie, it is necessary to close up the dough so that on one side a narrow and oblong spout is obtained, and the opposite edge should recede by one or two centimeters. The tail should be closed, like the letter "t", across the body. When the entire seam is sealed, turn the lobster blank upside down with a seam, you get a whole body with a head. Attach small balls to the narrow muzzle, these will be the eyes. It is necessary to make them "in a bunch", so it looks more like the original.
Step 5
Now you need to mark the lobster's waist and stripes on the body. Usually his head is large, up to about the middle of the body. You can simply make indented strips by pushing the dough slightly.
