Buns with dried fruits

Of all types of sweets for a picnic, it is most convenient to take baked goods with you. Regardless of whether they are cakes or pies, do not put them in a bag - there they will definitely be crumpled or crushed. Use only plastic containers or cardboard boxes. To prevent the dough from getting wet in a closed volume during transportation, put a paper towel folded several times inside.

Buns with dried fruits
Ingredients
  • 450 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 100 ml cream, 35% fat
  • 2 yolks
  • 100 ml dark beer
  • 11 g dry yeast
  • 1 tsp a mixture of ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
  • 150 g dried fruit mixture
  • 150 g pine nuts
  • 50 g of honey
  • 2 squirrels
  • sugar

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Whisk together the egg yolks, beer, and yeast for a dough. Place in a warm place for 30 minutes. Chop butter with flour and spices into crumbs. Pour warm cream and yeast mixture into flour and knead the dough. Place in a greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Step 2
For the filling, cut large dried fruits into raisin-sized pieces. Put a third of the dough that comes up in a blender, add dried fruits and honey. Stir in a pulse mode, then place in a bowl, add pine nuts; stir.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 190 ° C. Line two baking sheets with baking paper. Divide the dough into four parts. Roll each piece into a 3mm rectangle, cut across into three pieces. Spoon the filling in the middle, then fold the edges and pinch. Gently pull the bun out into an oblong shape. Put the finished buns on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Brush the surface of the buns with a slightly stirred egg white and sprinkle with sugar. Make three slant cuts on top of each bun. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
