Chuka seaweed salad
Ingredients
  • Chuka seaweed 250 g
  • cucumber 1 pc.
  • bell pepper 1 pc.
  • sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • peanut sauce or sesame dressing 2 tbsp

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Squeeze the algae from the liquid, if they were canned, or defrost.
Step 2
Wash the pepper and peel the inside, cut into strips. Add pepper to the seaweed.
Step 3
Chop the cucumber into strips. You can use a Korean carrot grater.
Step 4
Add sesame seeds to the salad. Season salad with sesame or peanut sauce, stir. You can use soy sauce.
