Brush salad with seaweed and cranberries
The punching force behind this detox recipe is seaweed or kelp. Like bran, seaweed fills the stomach and gives a long feeling of fullness. Moreover, the calories in it are nothing, less than in a fresh cucumber.
Ingredients
- 300 g seaweed
- 300 g raw peeled beets
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- a handful of cranberries
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Chop or grate the beets on a special grater for Korean carrots. Place in a bowl and stir in the cabbage.
Step 2
Season with lemon juice, sprinkle with cranberries and serve.
