- pork cutlets 7 pcs.
- wild boiled frozen mushrooms 300 g
- onion 1 pc.
- cheese 180 g
- mayonnaise to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
We take pieces of meat and beat them with a hammer. Put pork cutlets on a baking sheet, add a little salt.
Peel the onion and chop it finely. Lightly fry the chopped onion. Defrost the forest mushrooms, then chop them finely and fry in a skillet over medium heat, add a little salt. Put the fried onions and mushrooms in one container and mix, then put on pieces of meat, evenly distributing the filling.
Three cheese on a fine grater and lay it on the meat with the next layer.
We coat each piece with mayonnaise.
