Ingredients
  • celery root - 300 g
  • celery stalk - 300 g
  • potatoes - 100 g
  • leeks (white part) - 100 g
  • milk - 500 g
  • cream - 100 g
  • shrimp b / g - 100 g
  • olive oil -50 g
  • garlic -30 g
  • truffle oil - 5 g
  • sibulet onion -3 g
  • chili pepper -3 g
  • salt and pepper to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes, root and stalk of celery. Place in a saucepan, add chopped leeks and fry all vegetables in butter.
Step 2
Pour milk over vegetables and cook until cooked.
Step 3
Punch everything with a blender and strain. Add cream and salt.
Step 4
Fry the shrimps in olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste.
