Creamy celery soup with shrimps and truffle aroma
Delicate creamy soup with celery, leeks and shrimps will warm you well on a rainy autumn day. Try to choose young celery stalks - they taste less bitter.
Ingredients
- celery root - 300 g
- celery stalk - 300 g
- potatoes - 100 g
- leeks (white part) - 100 g
- milk - 500 g
- cream - 100 g
- shrimp b / g - 100 g
- olive oil -50 g
- garlic -30 g
- truffle oil - 5 g
- sibulet onion -3 g
- chili pepper -3 g
- salt and pepper to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel and chop the potatoes, root and stalk of celery. Place in a saucepan, add chopped leeks and fry all vegetables in butter.
Step 2
Pour milk over vegetables and cook until cooked.
Step 3
Punch everything with a blender and strain. Add cream and salt.
Step 4
Fry the shrimps in olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper to taste.
