Cannelloni with minced meat and carrots
Ingredients
- 20 pcs cannelloni tubules
- 500g ground beef
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 feathers of green onions
- vegetable oil
- salt pepper
- 600ml milk
- 2 tbsp. l. butter
- 5 tbsp. l. flour without top
- 6 tbsp. l. cream, 20% fat
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Grate carrots on a fine grater. Chop the onion, green onion and garlic. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the carrots with herbs and minced meat, kneading the lumps. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Boil cannelloni in salted water for 3 minutes, remove from water and let cool slightly.
Step 3
Prepare the béchamel sauce. Combine milk, melted butter and flour in a saucepan. While stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper to taste, stir and remove from heat.
Step 4
Fill the cannelloni with the prepared filling, fold into a greased form, pour over the sauce and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
