Canneloni with béchamel sauce
Ingredients
- minced meat 500 g
- canellone tubes, ready-made 250 g
- ripe tomatoes 3 pcs.
- onion 1 pc.
- garlic 4 cloves
- drain oil 1 tbsp.
- milk 1 glass (s)
- flour 1.5 tbsp.
- spices (any) to taste and mood
- olive oil for sautéing 2 tbsp
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut onion, garlic and tomatoes into small cubes, pass in a skillet in olive oil.
Step 2
Add minced meat, mix, add a pinch or sprig of your favorite herbs, aromatic spices.
Step 3
Stuff the rolls with the mixture and place in a non-stick baking dish.
Step 4
For béchamel sauce - melt butter, add flour. Pour milk in a thin stream, stirring occasionally, remove to the thickness of sour cream. Pour the sauce over the tubes, put in the oven for half an hour.
