Smorrebrod with radish
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 40-60 g of hard, aged cheese
- 20 radishes with tops
- lemon juice
- 8 slices of toast bread
- 100-120 g of curd cheese
- 1-2 tbsp. l. fat sour cream
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
- greens for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Hard boil the eggs, 9 minutes. Peel and mash with a fork to a gruel consistency. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Chop the tops finely. Cut the radish into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
