Smorrebrod with radish
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 40-60 g of hard, aged cheese
  • 20 radishes with tops
  • lemon juice
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • 100-120 g of curd cheese
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. fat sour cream
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • greens for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Hard boil the eggs, 9 minutes. Peel and mash with a fork to a gruel consistency. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Chop the tops finely. Cut the radish into thin slices, sprinkle with lemon juice.
