Pasta with mushrooms and creamy sauce
What does a tired person who comes home from work need to cheer up? Of course, a delicious dinner. It's good if someone prepares it for your return, but what if it is for you? In this case, you need a suitable dish so that it cooks quickly, and then you don't have to wash a lot of dishes. Our recipe is for just such a case. Delicious creamy mushroom sauce and hearty pasta.
Ingredients
- 450 g champignons
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 320 g penne bellows
- olive oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
- 125 ml vegetable broth or water
- 250 g cream, 33% fat
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 tbsp. l. mustard seeds
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the mushrooms into slices, peel and chop the garlic. Mix the mushrooms and garlic in a bowl, add 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and balsamic vinegar, add chili flakes and dried thyme, salt and stir. Leave it on for 30-60 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a skillet with 1 tbsp. l. olive oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are golden brown and the liquid in the pan has completely evaporated. Pour in white wine and stir, cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour in broth and add mustard, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Pour the cream into a skillet and heat, but do not boil. Season the sauce with salt, if necessary. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted boiling water until cooked, according to package directions. Transfer the hot pasta to the hot sauce and heat together for 1 minute. Arrange on plates and serve immediately.
