Cheerful Corn Soup
Offer your child some popcorn corn soup and he may ask for more: who wouldn't want an extra crunchy corn?
Ingredients
- canned sweet corn (without liquid) -200 g
- vegetable oil - 20 g
- chicken broth - 200 ml
- onions - 20 g
- carrots - 60 g
- cream 20% - 40 ml
- cream and salted popcorn for serving
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Finely chop carrots and onions and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Bring the chicken broth to a boil (in a saucepan), add corn, cook until tender. Next, add the fried vegetables and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Beat the hot soup in a blender until smooth. Transfer back to the saucepan, boil, add cream and whisk well.
Step 4
Pour the finished soup into portioned plates, garnish with cream. Serve popcorn with the soup.
