- potatoes 800 g
- onion 1 pc.
- minced beef 500 g
- breadcrumbs 3 tbsp.
- garlic (cloves) 2 pcs.
- vegetable oil for frying 1 tbsp.
- chicken egg 1 pc.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
- pepper 1 pinch (s)
- flour 3 tbsp.
- for the sauce: sour cream 150 g
- greens 1/4 bunch (a)
- garlic (clove) 1 pc.
- salt 1 pinch (s)
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Wash the potatoes and boil in their uniform until tender, then peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil, then add the breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Then add minced meat, garlic, salt, pepper and simmer until tender.
Step 3
Add egg, salt, pepper to the grated potatoes and mix well. Then add enough flour so that the potato dough does not stick to your hands.
