Peking cabbage stuffed with bacon
Lunch with such stuffed cabbage will be great!
Ingredients
- minced meat 200 g
- potatoes 3 pcs.
- Chinese cabbage head of cabbage pcs.
- egg 1 pc.
- bacon packaging
- cheese 30 g
- butter 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- greens bunch
- onion 0.5 pcs.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel and grate.
Step 2
Fry the minced meat with finely chopped onions until the liquid is evaporated. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Mix the fried minced meat and grated potatoes. Add chopped herbs, grated cheese, and an egg. Mix well.
Step 4
Disassemble Peking cabbage into leaves. Pour boiling water over the leaves for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and cool the leaves. Cut off the white bumps on the cabbage leaves a little.
Step 5
Put a tablespoon of the filling on a leaf of Chinese cabbage and wrap the leaf in an envelope. Wrap a strip of bacon over each cabbage roll.
