Stuffed zucchini with tomatoes and cheese
Ingredients
- zucchini 1 pc.
- tomatoes 1-2 pcs.
- salt to taste
- pepper mix KOTANYI-to taste
- spices Poultry on charcoal from KOTANYI-to taste
- smoked chechil cheese 75 g
- minced chicken 250 g
- olive oil
- greens for serving
- rice (a mixture of wild and long grain rice), boiled 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Prepare your ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the zucchini, cut into pieces about 3-4 cm wide, remove the pulp.
Step 3
Salt and pepper the minced meat, add spices "Poultry on charcoal" from KOTANYI, boiled rice, mix.
Step 4
Place the zucchini rings in a fireproof baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Fill them with minced meat and rice.
Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into rings, put them on zucchini circles. Sprinkle with pepper mixture on top, drizzle with olive oil. bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Grate cheese, put on tomato slices.
