Lazy cabbage rolls with sauerkraut
We bake lazy cabbage rolls with sauerkraut in the oven! Tasty, juicy, aromatic and healthy!
Ingredients
- minced meat 300 g
- rice (raw) 6 tablespoons
- sauerkraut 1 cup (s)
- egg 1 pc.
- onion 1 pc.
- tomato 1 pc.
- chili to taste
- pinch of sugar
- for filling
- onion 1 pc.
- carrots 1 pc.
- tmin 0.5 hp
- coriander 0.5 tsp.
- allspice 5 pcs.
- sour cream 5 tbsp
- tomatoes 2 pcs.
- bay leaf 1 pc.
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Finely chop the sauerkraut. Fry in oil with onions and tomatoes without the skin. Cook the rice until half cooked.
Step 2
Mix the minced meat, rice, fried cabbage. Let's add an egg. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and blind the oblong cutlets. Put it on a baking sheet sprinkled with oil and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While preparing the fill. Fry the onions and carrots until golden brown. Add mashed spices and sliced tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Salt to taste.
Step 4
Pour in water or broth, add sour cream. Stir everything thoroughly.
Step 5
We take out a baking sheet with cabbage rolls, pour in the tomato-sour cream filling and send it back to the oven. Cooking for 40 minutes.
