Tart with sour cream and green onions

Green onion tart is a great option for a summer holiday snack. We added gruyere to the dough for this tart, but any hard cheese will do.

Ingredients
  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g gruyere
  • 1 large bunch of green onions
  • 100 g gruyere

  • 150 ml of milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 200 g sour cream, 25% fat

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
For the Gruyere dough, finely grate. Cut the cold butter into cubes. Chop flour and butter until crumbled. Add cheese, 2-3 tbsp. l. cold water and knead the dough.
Step 2
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle around the diameter of the mold (25–26 cm). Put the dough in the mold in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Step 3
For the filling, melt the butter, add the chopped onion and cook until soft. Add the peas, salt and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour in milk and blend in puree.
Step 4
Cover the dough with baking paper, add dry beans. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes. with a load and another 10 minutes. without him. Reduce temperature to 160 ° C.
Step 5
Combine eggs with sour cream, half cheese, mashed peas, salt and nutmeg. Spread the filling over the crust, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake until golden brown, 25–35 minutes.
