Olivier with mushrooms

Delicious salad is an alternative to traditional Olivier. To my taste, I would even say that it is much more interesting than the usual Olivier with sausage or meat. Try it!

Ingredients

  • champignons 150 g
  • canned green peas 3 tbsp
  • green onion 1/2 bunch (a)
  • vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  • quail eggs 2 pcs.
  • salt 1 pinch (s)
  • lean mayonnaise 3 tbsp
