Salad with green sour cream dressing
Poached eggs will be good for such a salad: grease large (30x40 cm) pieces of film in the center with butter, put in a bowl, break the eggs one by one onto the film, salt, single the edges of the film and twist, releasing air. Tie the twisted part with a knot. Boil the eggs in the foil in boiling water for 4–5 minutes. Place directly on the salad.
Ingredients
- 8 small crunchy cucumbers
- 1 large bunch of radishes
- half a head of young cabbage
- borodino bread
- 4-5 Art. l. fat sour cream
- 1 large bunch of mixed herbs (parsley, green onions, dill, basil, or tarragon
- 1 tbsp. l. fragrant sunflower oil
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
For dressing, finely chop the greens, salt, add oil and whisk into a paste with an immersion blender.
Step 2
Mix green pasta with sour cream, pepper.
Step 3
Cut cucumbers and radishes into slices as thin as possible. Chop the cabbage thinly and cut the resulting strips into pieces 2–3 cm long.
Step 4
Mix cucumbers, radishes and cabbage with dressing, let it brew for 10-15 minutes, serve with Borodino bread.
