Chicken frittata
Frittata is a summer, fresh, aromatic dish. You can choose any fillings to your taste, today I have it with chicken, in the marinade for shashlik TM "MAHEEV" in lavash. We taste and help ourselves!
Ingredients

- eggs 10 pcs.
- chicken fillet 400 g
- onion 1 pc.
- marinade for shashlik TM "Maheev" 100 g
- tomatoes 3 pcs.
- ground black pepper 1 g
- mayonnaise TM "Maheev" 30 g
- salt to taste
- milk 10 tbsp.
- cheese 50 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Let's prepare the main ingredients.

Cut the chicken fillet and onions into medium cubes. Let's measure out 100 g of marinade for the TM "Maheev" shashlik. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
