Chicken pockets with pineapple
Ingredients
- chicken breasts 800 g
- canned pineapples 300 g
- yogurt 150 g
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- garlic 1 pc.
- cheese 100 g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Rinse chicken breasts. Peel the garlic, chop finely. For the sauce, combine yogurt, soy sauce and garlic.
Step 2
Leave chicken breasts (4 pieces) in the sauce for 2 hours. Remove the pickled breasts, make a pocket by cutting them on the side. Fill the pockets with pineapples and cover.
