A very simple and delicious way to cook chicken breast. Can be prepared for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Due to the marinade, the meat is very juicy and tender.

Ingredients
  • chicken breast (2 pcs) 400 g
  • mustard "Russian" TM "Maheev" 1 tbsp.
  • vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
  • corn starch 0.5 tbsp.
  • chicken egg 1 pc.
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Prepare marinade: mix mustard, egg, vegetable oil. pepper, starch. Pour chicken breasts with this marinade. Put the container with meat in the refrigerator for several hours. You can marinate in the evening, fry in the morning, marinate in the morning - fry for lunch or dinner.
Step 2
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade, wipe dry with paper towels, and season with salt. Grease the pan with vegetable oil, heat well over high heat. Put the meat, press down on top with a load (I have a heavy pan with a smaller diameter than the pan on which the meat is fried). Reduce the fire a little, just a little. Fry on both sides for 5-6 minutes.
