Kohlrabi and apple salad with dried cranberries

- medium kohlrabi 1 pc.
- green apple 1 pc.
- walnut 5-6 pcs.
- arugula (optional) 1/2 bunch (s)
- dried cranberries 2 tbsp.
- honey 2 tbsp.
- olive oil 3 tablespoons
- kasny wine vinegar 2 tbsp
- Dijon mustard 1 tbsp
- salt pepper
