Baked mackerel

Ingredients
- mackerel, fresh frozen or chilled 1 pc.
- onions 1-2 pcs.
- Russian mustard "Maheev" 50-100 g
- seasoning for fish to taste
- lemon juice 1-2 tsp.
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
My fish, cut off the head, tail, fins. We remove the insides, carefully remove the black film in the belly of the mackerel, rinse it again and blot it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Making the marinade. Mix mustard with lemon juice and seasoning. Salt the fish and grease the inside with marinade.
Step 3
We put the fish on the foil, and add the onion, cut into rings, in the abdomen and next to it. Sprinkle a little more spices on top.
