Cauliflower, almonds and raisins

Such a spicy cauliflower salad can be prepared for lunch, and for a festive table, and for a lean one.

Cauliflower, almonds and raisins
Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 30 g raisins
  • 1 red onion
  • 40 g toasted almonds
  • 1 tsp olive oil and also for frying
  • 3 tbsp. l. wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l. liquid honey
  • 3-4 sprigs of dill
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Mix oil, vinegar and honey. Add thinly chopped onions and raisins. Salt. Leave it on for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Disassemble the cabbage into small inflorescences and steam it, 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet and sauté the cabbage over high heat until brown and tan.
Step 4
Transfer the cabbage to a bowl. Add the onions and raisins to the marinade. Stir. Season with salt and pepper. Combine with chopped dill and chopped almonds. Serve immediately.
