Cauliflower pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella

Cauliflower pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella
Ingredients
  • 500 g cauliflower
  • 1 large egg
  • 90 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ½ tsp dry italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salts
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 140 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 125 ml Italian Marinara sauce
  • ¼ cups of basil leaves
  • ½ tsp red pepper (optional)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210 C. Grate the cauliflower on a fine grater or chop it in a food processor. Transfer the resulting mass to a towel and squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Step 2
Combine cauliflower, egg, parmesan, almond flour, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper until mixture is smooth.
Step 3
Form the resulting dough into a circle with a diameter of 30 cm. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with oil. Place pizza on top and bake in oven until golden brown for 20 minutes.
