Penne with sausage stew

Danna's recipe was borrowed from my favorite English chef Jamie Oliver. I am very impressed by his approach to preparing delicious food that does not require much time. The dish is very juicy, aromatic and tasty

Penne with sausage stew
Ingredients
  • homemade sausages 0.5 kg
  • carrots 2 pcs.
  • celery 1 pc.
  • onion 2 pcs.
  • garlic 2 pcs.
  • chili pepper 0.5 pcs.
  • penne paste 400 g
  • vegetable oil 3 tbsp
  • tomatoes in s / s 300 g
  • water 200 ml
  • salt 1 tsp
  • pepper 1 pinch (s)
  • fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • balsamic vinegar 4 tablespoons
  • greens 0.5 bunch (a)

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
Put carrots, onions, celery and chili into the bowl of a food processor and chop. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and put vegetables, roast over high heat.
Step 2
Put the sausages, together with the casing, into the bowl of the food processor, chop. Add chopped sausages to vegetables. Mix everything well. Add salt, fennel seeds, minced garlic. Pour in balsamic vinegar.
Step 3
Continue stirring the stew, stirring occasionally. The balsamic vinegar will begin to caramelize, changing the color of the stew. Add tomatoes in their own juice or diluted tomato paste to the stew, pour in a glass of water.
Step 4
Boil the penne according to the instructions on the package. Throw in a colander. Do not forget to leave a glass of the broth in which the pasta was cooked. If the stew is thick, then pour the pasta broth into it, it will give the sauce the desired consistency and texture. Add the pasta to the stew and stir.
