Celery Detox Smoothie
Celery is an excellent "brush" for the body, spinach is an excellent source of iron and vegetable protein, and an apple is an excellent source of fruit acids. This vitamin cocktail can be a complete substitute for breakfast or a light dinner. If you want to add a little satiety to it, throw some ground nuts or chia seeds into the glass.
Ingredients
- 50 g celery stalk + 1 for garnish
- 2 large green apples
- 100 g fresh or defrosted spinach
- 20 g lemon juice
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Peel the apple. Cut off the tough fibers of celery - remove. Wash the spinach and dry well.
Step 2
Set aside 1 celery stalk. Whisk the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Add water to get the right consistency.
Step 3
Pour the smoothie into tall glasses. Cut the celery stalk in half lengthwise and insert into glasses instead of a tube (it is convenient for them to stir the contents of the glass).
