Ceviche light
I assure you: if you eat ceviche every day according to my recipe, you will have a magnificent figure, beautiful young skin and of course you will be healthy! After all, all vitamins are collected here.
Ingredients
- avocado 2 pcs.
- salmon fillet 400 g
- shallots (heads) 2 pcs.
- kinza 1 bundle
- marakuya 2 pcs.
- lime juice 2 pcs.
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
We process cilantro. We wash it under running water. We take a bunch and cut off only the leaves from the cilantro stems. Discard the stems.
Step 2
Shallots clean and finely chop.
Step 3
We prepare the salmon: carefully cut it into cubes on a cutting board as for tartar. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 4
Now we deal with avocados: cut them into cubes and sprinkle with lime juice.
Step 5
In a bowl, combine cilantro leaves, finely chopped shallots and avocado, taste and add salt to taste.
Step 6
Serving: we make beautifully, in the form of pyramids on each plate (we form them with the help of "salad rings") in layers: a layer of a mixture of avocado with shallots and cilantro, and on it is a layer of diced salmon. Top with our light ceviche with avocado slices and exotic passionfruit.
