Pickled vegetables with champignons and seaweed
A spicy and spicy snack.
Ingredients
- fresh cucumber 1 pc.
- young zucchini 0.5 pcs.
- champignons 3 pcs.
- 1 clove garlic
- seaweed 50 gr
- salt to taste
- pinch of sugar
- apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
- black pepper
- vegetable oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Cut the champignons into segments. Season with salt, sprinkle with sugar, pour over with lemon juice and olive oil. Leave on for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini and cucumber into strips. Add seaweed and garlic to them. Season with salt to taste, sprinkle with vegetable oil. Leave on for 10-20 minutes. Drain the released juice.
Step 3
Mix the pickled vegetables and mushrooms. Season with lemon juice, vegetable oil, pepper and salt. Sprinkle with green onions and dried sesame seeds.
