Stewed beef heart with quince
Quince gives the dish a unique taste and aroma.
- beef heart 800 g
- carrots 2 pcs.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Clean the beef heart from veins and films, rinse several times in running water. Cut the heart into medium pieces. Fry in oil until golden brown, put in a saucepan.
Peel, wash, dry vegetables. Cut onions and carrots into medium cubes.
Cut the parsnips into medium cubes.
