Tilapia Zrazy in Bacon
Delicious, juicy, fragrant fish in bacon zrazy is a great option for a hot dish for a family holiday.
Ingredients
- filet tilapii 6 pcs.
- onions 1 pc.
- boiled chicken egg 2 pcs.
- slices of cooked smoked bacon 12 pcs.
- Mediterranean seasoning for fish 1 tsp
- black pepper mill to taste
- butter 30 g
- bread crumbs 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Beat off the tilapia fillet.
Step 2
To prepare the filling, finely chop the onion, sauté until soft in butter. Let cool slightly. Add boiled eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper, grated on a grater.

Mix. The filling is ready.

Put a dessert spoon of the filling on the fish fillet, roll up. Wrap in strips of bacon.

Fold the zrazy into a baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoning.
