Baked beetroot, nectarine and quinoa salad
A light but hearty salad that can fully replace the main course. The slightly sweet range of flavors, which are combined with baked beets, nectarine and cane sugar, is diluted with neutral quinoa and a spicy balsamic cream.
Ingredients
- beets - 160g
- nectarine -160g
- quinoa -32g
- cream-balsamic sauce -32g
- olive oil -6ml
- cane sugar -6g
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Step 1
Bake the beets in foil until soft, peel, cut into slices.
Step 2
Cut the nectarines into slices and grill them.
Step 3
Boil the quinoa until cooked (as written on the package).
Step 4
Mix vegetables with balsamic sauce. Add sugar to taste. Mix the finished salad with quinoa.
