Ingredients
  • burger buns 4 pcs.
  • salad 1 bunch (s)
  • tomato 1 pc.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • pickled cucumber 1 pc.
  • ketchup Maheev
  • processed cheese 4 pcs.
  • minced pork 350 g
  • bacon 60 g

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1
We make small cutlets from minced pork (diameter about 8-10 cm, height less than cm)
Step 2
Fry them on prepared coals on a wire rack on both sides until tender. The time depends on the strength of the fire, but on average it is about 15 minutes.
Step 3
At this time, we prepare all the other ingredients for assembling the burger: thinly cut the tomato, cucumber, onion into plates. Wash the salad, tear off the spine, take the cheese out of the package. All ingredients must be prepared before the meat is cooked.
Step 4
Closer to the readiness of the meat, we begin to fry the bacon on both sides until the fat flows from it. And (if there is space left on the grate), lay out the buns cut in half, let them brown a little over the fire (also on both sides).
Step 5
When everything is ready, we start assembling the burger: pour Maheev ketchup on the bottom layer of the roll. Next, put a leaf of lettuce, on it a cutlet with cheese, then bacon, then a tomato, onion, cucumber and the top of the roll, also grease with ketchup and put on top!
